Así puedes entender el significado de las últimas palabras del Buda: «Sé tu propia luz».

Con ellas quiere decir: si te has entregado a la vida, te has convertido en tu propia luz. Entonces la vida te guía.

Entonces siempre vives en iluminación.

Cuando dice: «Sé tu propia luz», está diciendo: no sigas a nadie, no te aferres a nadie. Aprende de todo el mundo, pero no te apegues a nadie. Sé abierto, vulnerable, pero permanece por tu cuenta, porque finalmente la experiencia espiritual no puede ser una experiencia prestada. Tiene que ser existencial, tiene que ser la tuya propia. Sólo entonces es auténtica.

Un verdadero hombre de paz tendrá que atravesar una transformación interior, sólo entonces el sueño se convertirá en realidad.

La meditación es la alquimia de transformar tus energías agresivas en energías pacíficas. Transforma tu violencia en amor. No son distintas, es la misma energía.

Y recuerda siempre: la energía es neutral, no es ni buena ni mala. La energía usada fuera de la meditación se vuelve peligrosa. Es una espada en manos de un niño: o se daña a sí mismo o daña a alguien más...

Tenemos energías, pero no somos adultos. Así, nuestra energía enloquece. La meditación es el proceso de crecer.

Fíjate. A veces estás enfermo, a veces estás muy bien, a veces estás deprimido y a veces estás contento.

Fuiste un niño muy pe­queño, luego te convertiste en un joven y después te hiciste viejo.

Antes eras fuerte y llegará un día en el que serás débil.

Todas estas cosas van y vienen pero tu Consciencia sigue siendo la misma. Por eso, si miras en tu interior no podrás darte cuenta de tu edad, por­que la edad no existe.

Si miras en tu interior e intentas saber cuántos años tienes, no encontrarás ninguna edad porque el tiempo no existe.

De niño o cuando eras joven eras exactamente igual; por dentro sigues siendo exactamente igual.

Para saber tu edad tienes que mirar el calendario, el diario, tu certificado de na­cimiento o tienes que buscar algo del exterior.

En tu interior no encontrarás edad ni habrá envejecimiento. En tu interior está la intemporalidad. Sigues siendo el mismo, tanto si pasa una nube llamada depresión como si pasa una nube llamada alegría.

With this you can understand the meaning of the Buddha's last words: "Be your own light."

With them he means: if you have given yourself to life, you have become your own light. Then life guides you.

So you always live in enlightenment.

When he says, "Be your own light," he is saying: don't follow anyone, don't cling to anyone. Learn from everyone, but don't get attached to anyone. Be open, vulnerable, but remain on your own, because ultimately the spiritual experience cannot be a borrowed experience. It has to be existential, it has to be your own. Only then is it authentic.

A true man of peace will have to undergo an inner transformation, only then will the dream come true.

Meditation is the alchemy of transforming your aggressive energies into peaceful energies. Transform your violence into love. They are not different, it is the same energy.

And always remember: energy is neutral, it is neither good nor bad. Energy used outside of meditation becomes dangerous. It is a sword in the hands of a child: either he harms himself or he harms someone else ...

We have energy, but we are not adults. Thus, our energy goes crazy.

Meditation is the process of growing .

Notice. Sometimes you are sick, sometimes you are fine, sometimes you are depressed, and sometimes you are happy.

You were a very small child, then you became a young man and then you became old.

Before you were strong and a day will come when you will be weak.

All these things come and go but your Consciousness remains the same.

Therefore, if you look inside you will not be able to realize your age, because age does not exist.

If you look inside and try to know how old you are, you will not find any age because time does not exist.

As a child or when you were young you were exactly the same; inside you are still exactly the same.

To know your age you have to look at the calendar, the diary, your birth certificate or you have to look for something from the outside.

Inside you you will not find age and there will be no aging. Inside you is timelessness. You remain the same, whether a cloud called depression passes or a cloud called joy passes.

ODaimoku Nam Mu Myo Ho Ren Gue Kyo

My own way to chant ODaimoku 3 time 3 differently .....

and beyong all the schools because the schools are only a part of this travel.

Nobody, no one opens up to full enlightenment being led by someone.
Total illumination is a terrain for those who have learned to be alone.
Nobody manages to open up to enlightenment led by the hand of anyone.
No record of grupal enlightment.

There is a reason why this 3 sets are chant diferently.
The first 3 are done to "receive" so consequently one must open to receive.
In Honmon Shoshu they do only one long.
But the person who teach this is born in a house were this Odaimoku is transmited during centuries and centuries so his dominance his very high.
And also viewing than the second series of 3 are for "done,give" why not balance what we receive with what we give.
Forces remain balanced.

I take the decision to chant 3 more with the Nichimoku Gohonzon were the sound of Mu and Gue are diferent.

In the Nichimoku Gohonzon the strokes are diferent than the Dai-Honzon

Why I take this decision is very simple.
With the Dai-Honzon one can be present in the Ceremony in the Air that are present in this Dai-Honzon in his maximum level, there is no dubt of this and quickly but all this enlightment need to be conducted in this Saha world and one need the best tool for this.
Everything of the world is present in this Nichimoku Mandala this is why it's called "Full Ten Worlds Gohonzons" but not in the Dai-Honzon.
The Dai Honzon represent a world that have been purifyed three times so nothing of what we are actually living in this world is present in this Dai-Honzon.
We are in the way of purifing this world three times but I d'ont know in what moment of this process we are.

I have to say also than this is the only one than I know who bring the Dragon's King Daughter (Ryu o Nyo) that stands side by side with Devadatta(another misunderstanding of history).

Some Nichiren schools, when someone go out the religious organisation he is quickly called a Devadatta to hurt him and cut the ties he had with many people lest they go with him ignoring absolutly than Devadatta mean "instant lighting".

So, for me this is the perfect Mandala for the womans.

For opening real and deep freedom to each woman done by herself, of course. and also for the wrongly called Devadattas.

The Devadatta for me is not a traitor but someone who have the courage to be himself.
To be totally yourself one must kill all the masters found along the way.
Kill the master is a metaphor.
One someone is under a master influence this someone can never be totally himself.
So naturally in the inner spiritual grow in some moment of this existence one must kill the master.
If you d'ont do this you will become sooner or later some kind of clone of the person that you have put on an altar and follow faithfully.

And sometime the persons fall down with some kind of masters who are more clever persons than wise persons than used and take advantage of the good faith of the people, of the predisposition of the people to collaborate in spreading the message that they give them thinking that they are doing something for others.

The first long 3 ODaimoku and the second sequance of 3 are based on the Honmon ODaimoku teach by Mr Nichiryou, the head of the Honmon-Ji temple.
The third 3 are based on my own learning taking into account another lesson that come from Honmon-Ji and it's the fact that the long strokes in the mandalas created by Nichiren Daishonin himself are musical timing for each caracter in the mandala and a way to teach to the others how chant the Daimokus.

For the two first series I use a reproduction of the Dai-Honzon let for all humanity by Nichiren and his Masterpiece cause this way to chant his in accord with the instruction let by Nichiren under the form of strokes.

The last 3 are done with the Nichimoku Gohonzon.
A full ten words Gohonzon that was deliver to Nichimoku Shonin in a special moment during the Atsuhara persecution so for me is the best togheter with the Dai-Honzon to bring light without being defeated in this hard world saha where we live.
